Read More here > Legal notice I bought this kit about 3 years ago in Cesena (Italian town), I was lucky because there were still a few around, just like the whole Ferrari series in 1/12 scale by Protar. The assembling was not easy, because the Protar product is not as perfect as the Tamiya. But finally I think it was a very good job. I modified largely the engine, the body shop, the piping and the wiring, and I like to underscore particularly the all hand-sewed seat canvas. I added the hand made seat belts, which give a more realistic effect than the original. I scratch built the trumpet-shaped carburetor scoops covered with a black net, the gas piping and the sparking plugs wires, each with its pipe and wire number. Aluminum carters were added to the exhausts, and a painted front cover was added to the roll bar. " The model needed 250 hours to be built.
